Yes, all shoes are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic. We do not deal with fakes or variants.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

 

All sales are final and no changes or cancellations.

Why are prices different for the same shoe in different sizes, or even the same size?

 

Prices are set by our customers, hence the different prices for the same shoe.

 

Manufactures defects such as separation, paint defects, yellowing due to age?

 

We are not responsible for any defects to the shoes, we try our best to point out any defects to the shoe(s), we may not always catch every defect. We request that you contact the manufacture directly if there is any defects to the shoe.

 

 

How Can I Buy a Product?

 

You can place your order through our website or come into our location and purchase.

 

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is $16.00 for the first pair, each pair after that is $10 a pair for shipping on the same order and all shoes that are shipped will be double boxed.

 

How long before my order is shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

 

Do you carry additional products that are not on the site?

All products, sizes and colors are shown on the site.

 

Can you ship to my work?

We only ship to confirmed addresses with Paypal or your credit card company.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

Either the billing address or PayPal address wasn’t confirmed. For US TO SHIP THE ORDER THE BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH TO PROTECT US AND YOU FROM ANY FRAUD.

 

Do you put items on hold?

We can’t put any items on hold.

 

Will you discount an item for me?

No discounts are available, Unless we announce a discount code up on our social media pages i.e. instagram, twitter and Facebook.
